The Aerospace & Autonomous Systems Council advises the Governor on all issues regarding autonomous systems and related technology and economic development. It is responsible for helping facilitate the success of autonomous systems and related technologies in Oklahoma. This includes research and development, education, economic development, job creation and capital investment.

Autonomous systems are self-directed machines, craft and vehicles, manned or unmanned, that operate in the atmosphere, on the ground, or in bodies of water.
